Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client in Cranleigh, a busy logistics environment that values reliability and teamwork. Typical duties include picking and packing orders, preparing goods for dispatch and moving stock around the warehouse. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, with a pay rate of £13 per hour.

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Operative:

• Carry out general warehouse duties including picking and packing orders
• Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring orders are accurate
• Move and organise stock within the warehouse
• Carry out general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and organised
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Work closely with other members of the warehouse team to meet daily targets

Requirements of Warehouse Operative:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or production experience is desirable, but not essential
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Own transport may be advantageous depending on location and shift times
