Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Tetbury

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00/5:00 pm

About the Role

We are seeking a physically fit and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This Temp to Perm role involves working closely with our main FLT driver to perform warehouse tasks, including loading 16kg bags of flour onto pallets. If you hold an FLT Counterbalance license, you will have the opportunity to load pallets onto trucks after 3:00 pm, providing a dual role involving both manual handling and machinery operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Assist the main FLT driver with various warehouse tasks, manually load 16kg bags of flour onto pallets, and use your FLT license to load pallets onto trucks after 3:00 pm.
• General Duties: Follow all safety procedures, maintain an organized warehouse, and perform heavy lifting up to 25kg.

What We’re Looking For

• FLT Experience: Possession of an FLT Counterbalance license is advantageous and allows for additional responsibilities post 3:00 pm.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and take a proactive approach to tasks.
