We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers.

We are looking for Warehouse Operative to join our team with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile.

The role involves picking products for delivery, ensuring high-quality service, and products in excellent condition.

Working Hours:

44 hours per week, potentially including Saturdays and public holidays. Overtime may be available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate picking and dispatch using voice technology
• Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging robustness
• Assembling and stacking products to high standards
• Achieving operational KPIs and goals
• Compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene legislation
• Adherence to Health and Safety procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and cooperation with other departments
• Professional and polite conduct
• Supporting audits and following processes
• Performing other duties as necessary

Health & Safety compliance is essential, including safety checks and PPE use.
