Job summary

Road to Logistics is a not-for-profit training provider offering FREE training to obtain a career in warehousing and logistics, with a pathway directly into employment with one of our partner employers.

We are currently preparing to place candidates in Surrey area roles; salaries are typically £30,000–£35,000 per year, with a comprehensive training package including an FLT license, Health & Safety, Employability and related modules.

Qualifications

• Live in the Surrey area
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to commit to 2 full weeks in the classroom starting either 2nd February or 16th February 2026
• Looking to gain FLT license

We are currently working with Surrey County Council and jobs will be available in the Surrey area with one of our employers upon successful completion of the programme

With us you don't just receive basic warehouse training we give you a suite of modules to give you a real head start in your career including FLT license, Health & Safety, Employability, Sector based awareness training, Personal Budgeting & Finance and Health & Wellbeing.

We are looking for individuals wanting to gain their FLT license

To Be Eligible, Candidates Must

• Live in the Surrey area
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to commit to 2 full weeks in the classroom starting either 2nd February or 16th February 2026

Most importantly, to qualify for this FREE training, worth around £2,500, leading to jobs offering salaries of £30-35k a year on average, we need you to be committed, hard-working and able to invest your time and efforts into completing the course and starting a new career in warehousing and logistics.
