Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at our Wolverhampton Depot. You will manually pack milk into trolleys and move them across the chill, loading and unloading vehicles in a fast-paced distribution environment.

We offer a full-time permanent contract with a base rate of £13.17 per hour, overtime and weekend premiums, and uplift for unsociable hours. Join a team committed to quality, hygiene, and safe operations across the milk and ingredients business.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
• A positive thinking and self-motivated individual.
• An effective team member who works well on their own initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Rotate stock and check date codes.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments and PMS.
• Maintain quality control to meet customer and product standards.
• Uphold hygiene and environmental standards (clean as you go).
• Operate equipment efficiently to meet required output.
• Replenish materials as needed.
• Support and deliver job-related training to colleagues.
• Communicate effectively within and outside the department.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

We are recruiting forWarehouse Operativesat ourWolverhampton Depotwithin the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.

The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys and move and empty them across the Chill. Working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.

Job Details

• Contract– Full Time / Permanent
• Location
• Shifts– Monday
• Friday -5on 2off, day shifts 06:00am until 14:30am
• Rate of Pay –
• Base rate: £13.17 per hour (plus below premiums)
• 1.5x Overtime: £19.76per hour
• 1.25x Saturday: £19.76per hour
• 1.5x Sunday: £19.76per hour
• 23% uplift for unsociable hours worked between 6PM – 4AM: additional £3.03per hour
