Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative - Days at Isleport, Highbridge to support the intake, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of stock. The role is part of a busy team ensuring smooth and safe warehouse operations.

You will work a 12-hour shift pattern (4 on/4 off). Immediate starts with full training provided. Night shifts are available at different rates.

Qualifications

• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual and physically demanding work.
• Able to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of stock.
• Book in stock and store in the correct location.
• Pick and pack goods for dispatch.
• Check that products are packed properly and meet the required standard.
• Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe.
• Report any problems with stock, equipment, or safety to the team.

Warehouse Operative - Days

Site Location: Isleport, Highbridge TA9
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shift, 4 on 4 off, 8:00am to 8:00pm or 8:00pm to 8:00am
Pay Rate: £13.53 to £18.00 per hour or £14.65 to £19.48 per hour for nights

Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting for Warehouse Operative - Daysto join the team at our client's site in Isleport, Highbridge. These roles are available with immediate starts.

As a Warehouse Operative - Days, you will support the supply chain team with the intake, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stock, helping to keep the warehouse running smoothly and safely.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Booking in stock and putting products away in the correct place
• Picking and packing goods ready for dispatch
• Checking products are packed properly and meet the required standard
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
• Reporting any problems with stock, equipment, or safety to the team

What we are looking for:

• Able to work well as part of a team
