Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Petersfield to support fast-paced manufacturing and logistics operations. You will handle the movement of materials, ensure accuracy, and assist production with safety and GMP-compliant practices.

Shifts are 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00, with a 12-month contract and a competitive salary including shift allowance. Prior experience and forklift licensing are desirable, with opportunities to train.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Forklift licence is advantageous; training can be provided.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic numerical and computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately under pressure.
• Experience with RF scanners or WMS is beneficial.
• GMP or regulated manufacturing knowledge is desirable.
• Flexible approach to cover multiple warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process incoming goods and delivery docs.
• Pick, issue and return raw materials, components and finished goods.
• Load, unload, wrap and prepare pallets for distribution.
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks and RF scanning equipment.
• Carry out cycle counts and inventory checks for stock accuracy.
• Update warehouse systems and documentation accurately.
• Support waste, recycling and scrap management processes.
• Deliver materials to production areas and move finished goods to storage.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP and warehouse procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative? Do you have experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing, logistics or FMCG environment? If so, this could be the role for you!

We are partnered with a leading global manufacturing business who are looking to hire a Warehouse Operative to support their warehouse and logistics operation.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient movement of materials, components and finished goods throughout the facility. You'll play a key role in supporting production operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check and process incoming goods and delivery documentation.
• Pick, issue and return raw materials, components, labels and finished goods for production and customers.
• Load, unload, wrap and prepare pallets for internal and external distribution.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks and RF scanning equipment.
• Carry out regular cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
• Update warehouse systems and documentation accurately.
• Support waste, recycling and scrap management processes.
• Deliver materials to production areas and transfer finished goods to storage locations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP and warehouse procedures at all times.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
