Job summary

New Appointments Group Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer in the Swale area. The role involves picking and packing orders, assembling goods for dispatch and unloading/stocking items as needed. For candidates with FLT experience, operating a forklift is included.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. £12.82 per hour is offered, with potential for extension beyond the New Year for the right person.

Warehouse Picker/Packer - FLT Experience Advantage

We are currently looking for

Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our clients team in the Swale area. This is a varied warehouse role involving picking and packing customer orders, preparing goods for dispatch and, for candidates with FLT experience, operating a forklift as part of the role.

The Role

Duties will include:

Picking and packing customer orders.

Assembling orders and preparing them for dispatch.

Unloading incoming lorries and putting goods into stock.

Loading outgoing lorries ready for dispatch.

General warehouse duties as required.

Operating a forklift for candidates with suitable FLT experience.

Regular heavy lifting, including products weighing approximately

25-30kg.

FLT experience is preferred but not essential

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

1-hour unpaid lunch break

£12.82 per hour

Initially through to New Year, with the potential for the role to continue into spring for the right person.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, picking/packing or FLT experience would be an advantage.
