Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a Warehouse Operative for its Nucare depot in Telford. The role is 20 hours per week, with shifts from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, across four flexible days.

The hourly rate is £12.82, with duties including picking orders, loading shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery of healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have numeracy, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse or logistics environments, and will work as part of a team to meet productivity and quality

Overview

Warehouse Operative

Telford

20 hours per week, worked over 4 days from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. The 4 working days can be flexibly arranged across Monday to Friday.

£12.82 per hour

We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to come join our Nucare Depot. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient handling and distribution of healthcare products, helping ensure patients receive the equipment and medicines they need. This role is well suited to candidates with experience in warehousing, wholesaling, or pharmacy environments who are looking for their next challenge in a purpose-driven organisation.

The heart of the role

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.

In this role, you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
