Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for Warehouse Operatives to work in Send, England. Responsibilities include cleaning, warehouse inspections, loading/unloading deliveries, and managing materials. Job description

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operatives to begin work for a well-established company in the Send area.

About the role :
  • Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am–5 : 30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) – 7.5 paid hours per day
  • Pay Rate – £13 per hour
  • Carry out thorough cleaning of the office, toilets, and kitchen twice a week in the mornings
  • Ensure the warehouse is immaculate, organised, and well maintained at all times
  • Complete daily warehouse inspections with the Warehouse Manager
  • Itemise and stock take materials and exhibition stand equipment
  • Assist in loading and unloading vehicles and checking in deliveries
  • Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, and designated areas
  • Manage waste and recycling, including breaking down old project materials and disposing correctly
  • Driving duties – collecting materials and delivering equipment (Lutons & Low Loaders)
  • Occasional assistance with rigging and de-rigging exhibition stands locally
  • Must be physically fit due to handling large wooden structures, glass panes, metal frames and bases
  • Long-term work for the right candidate (temp to perm)
  • Start – ASAP, subject to interview
  • Occasional early mornings, late nights or weekends may be required – compensated by Time Off In Lieu (TOIL)
