Job summary

Integra Resourcing is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Ramsbottom (BL0). Shift 15:00-22:00, Monday to Friday. You will sort parcels, scan with handheld devices, load/unload, inspect for damage, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

The role offers a competitive £16.72 per hour (Umbrella), 28 days holiday including bank holidays, a company pension, on‑the‑job training, and a supportive team environment. Free on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a physical job is essential.
• Good level of fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop or factory setting.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels and packages according to destination, route, and delivery schedules.
• Scan and track packages using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
• Load and unload packages from trucks, trailers, and conveyor systems.
• Inspect packages for damage and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets during assigned shifts.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
