Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Rye Harbour, East Sussex to work across Picking, Production and Packing in a premium chocolate operation.

You will help create, prepare and dispatch chocolate products, with full training provided (Level 2 Food Hygiene). Expect Monday–Friday daytime hours and a start around 8:00am, with good transport options to Rye Harbour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Production Operative, Picker Packer or Food Production Operative would be useful, but isn't essential.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Happy with hands-on warehouse work.
• Willing to learn and work across different areas.
• Full training is provided, including Level 2 Food Hygiene training.

We're looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy premium chocolate operation based in Rye Harbour.

You'll work across three areas of the warehouse - Picking, Production and Packing - helping to create, prepare and dispatch some seriously good chocolate products.

• Picking products and ingredients
• Supporting the chocolate production process
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Production Operative, Picker Packer or Food Production Operative would be useful, but isn't essential.

We're looking for people who are:

• Comfortable working in a food production environment

Getting to work

Having your own transport would be beneficial, but you do not need to drive to apply. The Rye Harbour area can also be reached by public transport.

If you're planning to travel by bus, please make sure you're able to get to the Rye Harbour area in time for the 8:00am start.
