We are seeking a Warehouse Operative. The role is full-time, 39 hours, and temporary, based in AFT Liquor, Omagh.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide effective, efficient, and flexible service to all suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
• Carry out warehouse functions including order scheduling, assembly, replenishment, picking, stock inquiries, and checking.
• Ensure accurate checking and procedures related to goods received and dispatched.
• Promote a positive company image through accuracy, knowledge, and attitude.
• Accurately pick orders and complete all paperwork.
• Deal efficiently with incoming and outgoing loads, complying with safety and legal requirements.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Store goods under appropriate conditions.
• Minimize waste, losses, and damage.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Essential Criteria:

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with experience working to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and organize shift duties.
• High productivity levels.
• Good general housekeeping skills.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous warehouse picking experience.
• Manual Handling training.
• Forklift truck license (counterbalance & Reach) and PPT, with full training available.
• Punctuality and adherence to working time directives.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
