About the Role

We are hiring a Warehouse Operative who will be responsible for accurate picking, packing, checking off and putting away of parts as well as operating reach and counterbalance forklift trucks in a safe manner and assisting within the wider logistics team as and when necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a proactive, safe working environment
• Ensure administration and operation of the organisations warehouse inventory process
• Ensure timely completion of all put away and kitting activities to the highest standards
• Drive efficiency and productively within the team
• Ensure receipt, storage and kitting of materials
• Complete cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy
• Working to kitting schedules and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
• Ensure that workplace audits and inspections are carried out to schedule
• Act an ambassador for the company values and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Build and develop EHS culture as part of the wider warehouse and logistics team

What You Need

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience using ERP or WMS Systems
• Good Standard of English required
