Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Northampton is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join a small, close-knit team. The role is initially temporary with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, paying £12.77 per hour for 47.5 hours per week, with overtime available.

You will pick and pack orders, follow health and safety procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and learn across the operation, including embroidery. Full training provided for the right person with around one year’s warehouse experience.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a friendly and supportive team based in Northampton. This is initially a temporary position with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, making it ideal for someone looking to prove themselves and secure a permanent role with a successful business.

This is a small, close-knit team where personality, reliability and a strong work ethic are just as important as previous warehouse experience. While around one year's warehouse experience would be advantageous, full training can be provided for the right person.
