Job summary

Reflex Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative for its Newcastle site to handle goods, pick/pack orders, and assist with dispatch. The role requires a full clean driving licence and a Counterbalance forklift licence, with training provided for warehouse equipment.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a small team or individually, maintain accuracy in counts, and adapt to changing tasks while using computer systems and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Preparing orders for dispatch including labelling and palletising.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely with training provided.
• Maintaining cleanliness and stock counts; assisting with inventory.

Job description

As a Warehouse Operative, you would handle the goods and products in the warehouse. It would be your job to keep them safe and make sure they are delivered to customers on time. Picking and packing products as well as working as part of a team to hit timed deadlines. This role can be physically demanding. Roles and Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and sorting incoming deliveries.
• Checking received goods against purchase orders and ensuring accuracy.
• Storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Picking, packing orders and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling and palletizing.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as motorized pallet stacker and manual pallet truck safely and efficiently (Training will be provided).
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Assisting with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
  A driver's license is necessary due to having to do some local deliveries
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a must
• Ability to lift moderate-weight objects.
