Job summary

Reflex Group, a leading UK print and packaging company, is looking for a Warehouse Operative at our Newcastle site. You will handle goods, pick and pack, and help ensure on-time deliveries in a safety-conscious environment.

You will work Mon-Fri 7am-3pm or 10am-6pm, be comfortable with lifting, counting stock, and using a warehouse system with training provided. Team or solo work is fine; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a must.
• Ability to lift moderate-weight objects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small team or individually.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Good standard of computer literacy using email and warehouse system (Training will be provided)

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and sorting incoming deliveries.
• Checking received goods against purchase orders and ensuring accuracy.
• Storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Picking, packing orders and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling and palletizing.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as motorized pallet stacker and manual pallet truck safely and efficiently (Training will be provided).
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Assisting with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
• Always adhering to health and safety regulations.
