Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd is recruiting on behalf of our Parcel Courier client in Rugby. The role involves sorting parcels, operating conveyors and scanners, and ensuring accurate labelling to prevent delivery errors. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, with ongoing opportunities for permanent hires.

Ideal candidates are prepared for a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stand for long periods, lift packages, and work well in a team. Location: Rugby (CV23).

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organise incoming parcels based on routes and destinations.
• Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment for sorting.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
• Identify damaged parcels and follow protocols for handling and documentation.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space usage.
