Responsibilities

• Sorting and organising incoming parcels according to routes and destinations.
• Scanning parcels and ensuring correct labelling and processing.
• Operating conveyor belts and warehouse sorting equipment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles when required.
• Identifying damaged parcels and reporting issues to the relevant team.
• Working with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.

Warehouse Operatives - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in the CV9 area. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their busy parcel sorting and distribution team.

Location: CV9 3BB

Job Type: Ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates

Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 11:00am - 7:00pm - £12.71 per hour
• Night Shift: 7:00pm - 3:00am - £13.10 per hour

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring parcels are sorted, processed and dispatched efficiently. Your duties will include:

• Sorting and organising incoming parcels according to their designated routes and destinations.
