Job summary

Gi Group in Lodge Farm (NN5) is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced team. You will assist with heavy lifting, packing and general warehouse duties while adapting to rotating day and night shifts.

Details include day shift 11:45-20:45, night shift 06:00-15:00 or 20:00-05:00, with potential overtime and walk-through induction. Safety shoes and Hi-Vis are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 75 kg.
• Willing to work Saturdays and overtime when required.

Warehouse Operative

Location: Lodge Farm, NN5

Pay Rate: £12.71 day shift / £13.00 night shift

Shift Pattern: Flexible, 5 out of 7 days per week (rotating shift). Weekly rota changes.

Day shift: 11:45 - 20:45

Night shift: 06:00 - 15:00 OR 20:00 - 05:00

Must be flexible to work up to 10 hours on some days and do overtime (up to midnight, if required).

Key Responsibilities

• Heavy lifting of items such as white goods, mattresses, wardrobes, sofas (up to 75 kg)
• Picking, loading, and unloading goods
• General warehouse duties as required
• Quality checking any returns

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Willing to work Saturdays and beyond scheduled hours when necessary
• Safety shoes and Hi-Vis are mandatory
