Job summary

Dr. Reddy's in Mirfield is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to support smooth warehouse operations. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch with strict adherence to safety and inventory controls.

The role requires a proven warehouse background, FLT qualification, and competency with warehouse systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate records and contributing to timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
• FLT qualification is required or preferred.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch using warehouse management systems
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring items are stored and accessible
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records for accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory or discrepancies
• Load outgoing shipments onto vehicles with proper documentation
• Follow health and safety regulations and report hazards or incidents
• Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and transactions

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch using warehouse management systems
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring all items are properly stored and easily accessible
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory or discrepancies

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines

Essential

• Warehouse or Operational experience (preferably in a chemical, cGMP environment or equivalently regulated environment)
• FLT qualified and proficient
• Competent computer literacy skills
