Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s in Mirfield, United Kingdom, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to ensure accurate inventory management and safe handling of goods. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, conduct stock counts, and maintain organized storage while complying with health and safety standards.

The role requires warehouse experience, FLT qualification, and solid computer literacy. SAP experience is beneficial, with a strong team-focused, fast-paced environment expected.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/operational experience (preferably in a chemical, cGMP environment or equivalently regulated environment).
• FLT qualified and proficient.
• Competent computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch using warehouse management systems.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring items are stored accessibly.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory or discrepancies.
• Load outgoing shipments onto vehicles and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow health and safety regulations and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and transactions.
