Job summary

The Recruitment Station has a Warehouse Operative role based in Loughborough. You will work in the packing section and a separate assembly section (Make-Up Stands), handling picking, packing, and order preparation to support daily dispatch and production targets.

We offer 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with full training provided and overtime opportunities. A friendly, supportive team environment is available in a busy warehouse setting.

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our busy and growing team in Loughborough. This role offers opportunities to work across two key areas of our warehouse, with vacancies available in both sections.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations within the warehouse. We have positions available in the following areas:

1. Packing Section

• Picking and packing products accurately
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Ensuring items are packaged safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

2. Assembly Section (Make-Up Stands)

• Assembling and building cosmetic display stands
• Following instructions to ensure quality standards are met
• Handling materials and components with care
• Supporting production targets and deadlines
