Job summary

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Loughborough, a well-established manufacturer of condiments and seasonings serving UK customers. In this fast-paced food production role you will receive full training.

Duties include cleaning and changing machinery, moving ingredients, loading, weighing and labeling products, performing quality checks and operating production equipment while maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.

Operative looking for long-term work within a fast-paced food production environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with previous production experience or those looking to develop their skills within the manufacturing sector.

Your Role

As a

Warehouse

Operative, your duties will include:

• Assisting with cleaning and changing machinery between production runs
• Moving ingredients and finished products around the factory
• Loading ingredients into mixing and cooking equipment
• Weighing and labelling finished products accurately
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

Pay & Shifts

£12.71 per hour

Monday - Friday

Rotating Shifts:

06:00 - 14:30 (Day Shift)

14:30 - 22:0 0 (Afternoon Shift)
