Are you looking for a position in which you keep things moving and deliver when it matters most? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Warehouse Operative.

About The Role

We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to support our busy operations. If you’re hands-on, safety-conscious, and take pride in maintaining a tidy workspace, we want to hear from you!

Working Monday – Friday, on 8-hour shifts (06:00 – 14:00 or 10:00 – 18:00), your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading cargo using a forklift truck
• Re-stacking and securing loads as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Conducting routine checks on equipment and reporting issues
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven FLT experience and confidence operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment. They’ll be a team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, helping to maintain a supportive and enjoyable working atmosphere. Additionally, they’ll be comfortable working independently, using their initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges. We value individuals who share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement, showing a passion for making a difference.
