Job description

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll start your day reviewing the incoming shipment schedules and preparing for deliveries. You’ll inspect goods, record inventory data, and ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials across the site. From organizing stock to assembling orders and preparing outgoing deliveries, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your attention to detail and safety attitude will support a clean, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Receive incoming goods and verify shipments against delivery documents (material number, quantity, condition).
  • Conduct visual inspections for damage and report issues as required.
  • Accurately input data into systems like SAP to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
  • Organize stock within the warehouse, perform regular inventory checks, and maintain clear labeling and order.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound deliveries in line with shipping requirements and safety protocols.
  • Operate transport equipment such as forklifts and hand-guided trucks safely and proficiently.

What You Bring

  • A proactive, safety-first attitude and commitment to “Zero Harm” in the workplace.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Forklift certification (Reach and Counterbalance preferred) and confidence in handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and competent IT skills (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high housekeeping standards for a tidy and efficient work area.
  • Passion for contributing to a sustainable energy future and supporting operational excellence.
