Job summary

CEVA Logistics operates a high-profile warehouse in London NW10. We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the team on a full-time basis. The role includes a 3-month vetting process before starting, with a Monday–Friday shift from 08:00 to 16:30.

Salary is £25,187.76 per year, plus a London Waiting Allowance and a Market supplement. The successful candidate will be responsible for unloading, loading, and handling goods, ensuring safety, accuracy and compliance with quality and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Unload supplier vehicles and check against unloading manifest.
• Handle warehouse tasks safely and efficiently according to manuals and safety systems.
• Prepare products for dispatch and process returns efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Pass orders through cross dock system quickly and accurately.
• Ensure deliveries are received in good condition and within temperature guidelines.
• Participate in site SCA and Operations Excellence processes.

YOUR ROLE

Our high-profile customer, based in London NW10 has the need for a Warehouse Operator to join their operations team. Due to the nature of the customer on site there will be a 3-month vetting process for the successful candidate before your start date.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30am. The salary for this position is £25,187.76 per annum, plus an additional £1,259.44 per annum as a London Waiting Allowance and £1,040.04 as a Market supplement.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Unloading of supplier vehicles, completing box check against unloading manifest
• Undertaking handling tasks in the warehouse in an effective, efficient and safe manner ensuring all operational manuals and safe systems of work are followed in order to achieve an accident-free operation.
• Preparing products for dispatch and receiving returned products in an effective and efficient manner.
• Load and unload vehicles in an effective, efficient and safe manner.
• Pass orders through the cross dock system in a fast and efficient manner
• Ensuring deliveries are received in good condition and fall with required temperature guidelines.
• Take part in site SCA and Operations Excellence processes.
• Ensure compliance for Quality and H&S audits

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a candidate who has had previous experience in a Warehouse Operative, or those that are looking for a move into this field as full training is available. Due to the nature of the role. it is also essential that you are an excellent team player with a high attention to detail. You must also be comfortable working in a fast paced, high security environment.
