Job summary

Saffron Vantage Ltd. is seeking two Warehouse Operatives for a permanent role across multiple sites. Training and duties include picking, packing, and palletising orders, with forklift operation and occasional travel to Dunmow, Braintree, Harlow and Nort Weald.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with overtime available and weekend/bank holiday flexibility. A full UK driving licence and a proactive health-and-safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safe practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties: picking, packing, handballing and palletising orders.
• Operate forklift safely (counterbalance and reach).
• Operate pump trucks and PPT where required.
• Travel to and work across all listed locations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues.

Saffron Vantage are working on behalf of a family run business. We are looking for x2 warehouse operatives on a permanent basis. Notice can be worked around.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (Overtime available)

Locations

Dunmow (Head Office), Braintree, Harlow, Nort Weald (your training will be based out of Dunmow but will be required to work and travel to all locations)

Responsibilities

• General warehouse responsibilities, including picking, packing, handballing and palletising orders.
• Capable to operate forklift including counterbalance and reach.
• Capable to operate pump trucks and PPT.
• Travel to and from all locations listed above.
• Communicate well with others.

The successful candidate

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safe practices is essential.
• Proficiency in using a forklift. The ideal candidate will hold either an internal or external forklift licence.
• Basic mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well within a warehouse environment.
• Able to work well within a team and individually.
• Complaint attitude to health and safety.
• Flexible to work over weekends and occasional bank holidays.
• Flexible to come in earlier and work late.
• An up date copy of your CV.
