Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Gloucester is seeking a FLT/MHE Operator and warehouse operative to support our fulfilment operation. The role involves operating MHE equipment, data entry in SAP, and picking, packing and sorting orders.

You’ll join a busy centre with various shift patterns: Day, Afternoon and Bridging, with options including early finishes and premium shifts. A valid FLT licence is desirable, and previous warehouse experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and sort orders to fulfil customer requirements.
• Perform manual handling, loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Pay Rate: £25,980.74

Grade: O

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 37 hours per week

Location: Gloucester, SM2 5PJ

We have the following shift patterns available:

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 07:30–16:00, with an early finish at 12:30 on Fridays.
• Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday, 10:00–18:00. Friday: 10:00–17:30 with an 11% shift premium
• Bridging Shift: Monday–Thursday, 15:00–22:00, Friday: 12:30–22:00 with an 11% shift premium

We're now looking for a FLT/ MHE Operator as well as experience warehouse operative to play a key role at the Centre of our fulfilment operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Operating MHE equipment as a key part of the role (FLT, Counterbalance, or Reach)
• Data entry, booking in returns using SAP
• Picking, packing, and sorting orders
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, including handling, loading, and unloading
• General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
