Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Warehouse/Service Support Operative at our Fareham branch. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. You will support drivers, prepare customer stocks for delivery and help keep the service centre efficient.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week with potential for up to 48 hours and a competitive package, plus benefits like healthcare, pension and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Organised, self-motivated and reliable.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use own initiative and adopt a positive can-do attitude.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

• Completing daily tasks such as packing, sorting and segregation of mats, rolls, sanitary bins, nappy bins and other customer stocks
• Organising work area to ensure that the service centre is efficient and effective

Warehouse Operative Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Organised, self-motivated and reliable
• Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive 'can do' attitude
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
