Resource Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative with a counterbalance or combi forklift licence to join a busy Poole site on a permanent contract. You will be loading, unloading, and handling goods, and will play a key role in keeping stock moving efficiently.

You must be PC literate, able to work at a fast pace, and comfortable updating warehouse systems with delivery and order notes. A strong team ethic and attention to detail are essential for safe, accurate despatches.

Competenze

• Counterbalance or Combi Forklift Licence (required).
• PC literate – good knowledge of Microsoft & warehouse systems.
• Good level of English; reading and writing.
• Ability to work at a quick pace.
• Quick learner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work confidently and efficiently in a team.

Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver

Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Job Type: Permanent – Temp to Perm

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative with a counterbalance or combi forklift licence to join a well-respected and established employer on a permanent contract. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Receive goods coming in to the company
• Store stock correctly
• Pick stock
• Prepare orders for despatch
• Load & unload lorries
• Update warehouse systems with delivery notes & order notes
• Operating of the counterbalance forklift

For the role of Warehouse Operatives, you MUST:

• Counterbalance or Combi Forklift Licence
• PC literate – good knowledge of Microsoft & warehouse systems
• Good level of English; reading and writing
• Ability to work at a quick pace
• Quick learner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work confidently and efficiently in a team

This is a very active role where you will be on your feet all day and will not suit those who want to sit at a desk all day.
