Job summary

ctrg in Dartford is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operative on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern. You will prepare plastic trays for re-use, load/unload onto conveyors, and ensure trays are washed and returned to suppliers.

• Assist with recycling of plastic and cardboard by unloading from cages into a baling machine.
• This is a physically demanding role.

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative in Dartford, DA15FD

Your pay rate and shifts as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• 06:00 - 16:00
• Day shift: £13.00/h first 12 weeks; £13.54/h after 12 weeks plus break paid.
• Night shift: £14.85/h first 12 weeks; £15.94/h after 12 weeks plus break paid.
• Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off.
• Only full time shift - no part time available

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• This is a vital role in preparing plastic trays for re-use in the distribution of food items to the supermarket
• The role will involve loading and unloading plastic food trays onto a conveyor belt, which are then washed by an industrial washing machine
• The trays are unloaded at the other end and returned to the suppliers
• Other tasks will involve the recycling of plastic and cardboard by unloading from cages into a baling machine
• The work is physical so you must enjoy work of a physical nature
