Job summary

CTRG Limited is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Lichfield. The role involves picking and moving stock, with training provided for safe handling of items up to 25kg. You will use a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) and work toward KPIs on accuracy and performance.

The position is full-time, temporary with flexible shifts. Pay ranges from £14.64 to £26.80 per hour, with weekend increases and bonuses. Must be able to work 5 days out of 7 and pass a drug/alcohol test.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over to apply.
• Must pass Drug and Alcohol test before starting.
• Able to work in cold environments (0 degrees or below).

Warehouse operative - Tesco Lichfield client - WS13 8SS

Pay rate and shifts as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• Standard Pay Rate: £14.64 - £26.80 - Depending on Shift, Rota, overtime and performance bonus
• PM Shift 14:00-22:00
• AM Shift 06:00-14:00
• Must be able to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
• Performance bonus up to £1 additional per hour
• Increased pay at the weekends £19.48 per hour

The Warehouse Operative role includes:

• Picking and manually handling stock
• This role involves handling stock up to 25kg (training and safe lifting support provided)
• Using a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) correctly following the training provided
• Working towards KPI Targets around performance and accuracy

Our ideal candidate:

• Must be 18 and over to apply
• Must pass a Drug and Alcohol test before starting.
• Must be able to work in cold environments (as low as 0 degrees depending on department).
