Job summary

Staffline in Crick (Northamptonshire) is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a busy team. You will unload containers, move stock onto pallets, rework and quality-check products, and support general warehouse operations across the UK. Training is provided from day one and there is potential for regular hours into 2027.

The role offers a Monday to Friday pattern with early start times, plus available overtime and onsite facilities. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

Looking for ongoing work, great pay and the opportunity to secure regular hours into 2027?

We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Crick (DIRFT - Daventry getaway). Working with air conditioning units, you'll play an important role in helping products move through the warehouse and reach customers across the UK.

This is a full‑time role with a consistent Monday to Friday shift pattern, giving you the stability to plan around life outside of work. Full training is provided from day one, so whether you've worked in a warehouse before or you're looking for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay Rates

• £13.51 per hour
• Overtime: £16.89 per hour

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekly shifts:
• 6:00am to 2:00pm
• 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Potential overtime available on Saturdays.
