The Best Connection Tamworth is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives for the permanent Afternoon Shift. You will join a busy warehouse handling electrical goods, focusing on picking, packing and Dispatch preparation while maintaining safety and efficiency. Overtime is available at enhanced rates after 40 hours.

Weekly pay is provided with online payslips and pension contributions. This ongoing temporary assignment offers a stable afternoon schedule and a supportive local team.

Warehouse Operative - Afternoon Shift

Location: Tamworth
Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00
Shift: Permanent Afternoon Shift

The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives

Our client, a leading supplier and distributor of electrical goods and equipment, is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support their busy warehouse team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking for ongoing work on a consistent afternoon shift, with the opportunity to earn additional money through overtime.

The Role

Working as part of the warehouse team, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing electrical products, goods and cables.

• Repackaging products and preparing items for dispatch.

• Labelling boxes accurately.

• Carrying out general warehouse duties.

• Sweeping and cleaning warehouse areas.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.

• Following warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines.

Working Hours and Pay

• £14.75 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• 14:00-22:00

• Ongoing work available.

Overtime Rates

Enhanced overtime rates are available once 40 hours have been worked:

• Monday to Friday: Time and a half (1.5x).

• Saturday: Time and a half (1.5x), after 40 hours worked.

• Sunday: Double time (2x), after 40 hours worked.

• Bank Holidays: Double time (2x).
