Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Tamworth for a main distribution centre. The role is full-time with a 3-on, 3-off pattern, nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Pay is £14.43 per hour days and £19.18 per hour overtime, with overtime after contracted weekly shifts.

Ideal candidates will handle order picking, palletisation and stock replenishment in a fast-paced ambient environment. Training is provided and a temp-to-perm opportunity is available.

Warehouse Operative for our client's well-known main distribution centre.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operative in Tamworth.

Pay Rates

• Days: £14.43 per hour
• Overtime: £19.18 per hour

The overtime rate applies once all contracted weekly shifts have been fulfilled.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, fixed-shift role working a 3-on, 3-off shift pattern.

Day Shift

6:00pm to 6:00am

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative you will be working in the ambient department and your duties will include :

• Order picking
• Palletisation
• Replenishment of stock

Our ideal candidate will have the physical ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, carrying out duties such as picking orders, walking throughout the warehouse, pallet wrapping, and spending long periods either on their feet or operating equipment.
