The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Coalville!

Our client, a leading distribution business based in Coalville, is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their busy operation.

There are opportunities available across different departments, including picking orders within a pharmaceutical distribution area and general warehouse order picking.

These are long-term positions offering competitive pay, regular working hours and excellent onsite facilities.

Available Departments and Shifts

• Pharmaceutical Order Picking

  Working within the area responsible for dispensing prescription medication, you will be picking customer orders ready for dispatch.

  • 06:00-14:00 - Monday to Friday
  • 14:00-22:00 - Monday to Friday
  • 22:00-06:00 - Monday to Friday

  This is generally light picking work within a clean and organised warehouse environment.

• General Warehouse - Order Picking

  Working with a trolley, hand scanner or pick sheet, you will be responsible for accurately picking products and preparing orders.

  • 15:00-22:45 - Monday to Friday
  • 15:00-22:45 - Sunday to Thursday

  Products can weigh up to 15kg, although items of this weight are uncommon.

Overtime rates apply after 37.5 hours worked.
