Job summary

MPB, the leading platform for used photography gear, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support inbound/outbound stock at Sussex House. You will receive goods, allocate to specialists, pick and pack orders, and ensure stock is processed promptly.

A hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Join MPB to help maintain high standards of quality, coordinate dispatch, and work closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential to accurately process stock and orders.
• Organisational skills help manage multiple tasks in a busy warehouse.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with internal teams.
• Good time management to ensure timely picking, packing and dispatching.
• Experience with warehouse operations and technical handling is a plus.

Warehouse Operative

The warehouse operative is responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound stock. Receiving all goods in from customers, allocating to our product specialist team. Picking and packing orders for dispatching to our customers and ensuring stock is processed in a timely manner.

What you will be doing

• Receiving and unboxing all goods in, ensuring each item is added to the company stockroom
• Ensuring all products are picked and packed in an efficient and timely manner
• Overseeing the quality of products, making sure we always exceed customer expectations
• Coordinating the transition of products from picking and packing to dispatching to customers
• Communicating with internal teams offering regular updates and raising problems
