Job summary

Wild Recruitment in Billingshurst is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. You will handle picking, packing, loading/unloading deliveries and preparing customer orders, with stock control duties and occasional local deliveries.

We offer full training, health scheme from day one, a pension after 3 months, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a non-contractual bonus scheme after probation. Mon-Thu 8:30am–5:00pm; Fri 8:30am–3:30pm.

Key Duties

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Receiving and storing stock.
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory control.
• Completing occasional local deliveries.
• Maintaining high warehouse and health & safety standards.
• Working collaboratively to meet team targets and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• FLT Counterbalance and IPAF licences are advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.

Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm (38.5 hours per week)
