Job summary

InPost Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operative for our Glasgow/Bellshill depot. You will join our Parcel Sorting Team, handling parcels, relabelling, and ensuring smooth operations across a fast-paced workflow.

Role involves manual sorting or machinery, teamwork, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency, with a Monday to Friday pattern and 07:00–15:30 hours. Competitive hourly pay and team benefits.

About the role:

InPost is seeking skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative’s to become an integral part of our dynamic Parcel Sorting Team at the Glasgow /Bellshill depot. In this role, you’ll be working alongside InPost and its valued customers to support our efficient parcel operations.

Location: Inpost, 4 Rosehall Rd, Bellshill, ML4 3NR

Shift Pattern: MONDAY - FRIDAY

Hours: 07.00am - 15.30pm

Salary: £12.71p/h

What you’ll be doing:

• Play a key role in our fast-moving distribution process, sorting parcels to keep everything running smoothly and on time
• Bring accuracy and attention to detail as you relabel parcels and prepare them for the next stage of their journey
• Get hands-on with manual sorting or operate state-of-the-art machinery, helping to keep our workflow efficient
• Take on a variety of general warehouse duties, ensuring the workspace stays safe, organised, and productive
• Work alongside a supportive, energetic team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment
• Load and unload vehicles with care and efficiency, making sure parcels are ready to hit the road and reach our customers
