Job summary

GI Group is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Atherstone CV9 for AM and Night shifts on a temporary-permanent basis. Relocation to Bardon, Coalville LE67 planned for 2027. The role involves order picking, pallet stacking, quality checks, and delivering to Dispatch in a busy warehouse environment.

Hourly pay ranges from £13.44 to £18.66 depending on shift and time; full-time hours with various rosters. Training provided, with yearly pay increases and permanent contract potential after probation.

GI Group are hiring for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers

Location: Atherstone CV9 - will be relocating to Bardon, Coalville LE67 in 2027

Duration: Full Time - Temp-Perm

GI are recruiting for Warehouse Order Pickers in Atherstone CV9

AM shifts or Nights available.

This role will be relocating to Bardon, Coalville LE67 in 2027.

You will join a busy working environment with a friendly and helpful team. The role is Temp-Perm with excellent pay rates and offer great benefits, progression opportunities when permanent.

Warehouse Order Picking Role AM Shift:

• 5am- Finish or 6am-Finish (Averaging around 7-8 hours per shift)
• Working 4 on / 2 off Rota

Warehouse Order Picking Role NIGHT Shift:

• 7.30pm- Finish (Averaging around 7-8 hours per shift)
• Set Rota working Weds/Thurs/Fri and 2/3 Sundays - will involve working some weekends
• £13.44 - Hours worked before 10pm
• £16.79 - Hours worked after 10pm
• £14.93 - After 12 week - Hours worked before 10pm
• £18.66 - After 12 weeks - Hours worked after 10pm

Job duties for a Warehouse Operative:

• Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) - Training Provided
• Stacking goods onto pallets

• Delivering to Dispatch
• Training Provided
• The role can be physically demanding at times, so applicants should be prepared for heavy work
• Ideal candidates will be flexible to work in other areas/departments as and when needed

Requirements:

• Site Tour and Interviews are to be arranged
• NB - The most immediate start will be in a Chill environment. Ambient will also become available at a later date
