Job summary

GI Group is hiring for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers in Atherstone, with relocation planned to Bardon, Coalville in 2027. You will join a busy team in a Temp-Perm role with progression opportunities after probation.

The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and the ability to work in a chill environment with on-the-job training for LLOP. Permanent contract after probation and ongoing pay reviews are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and order picking.
• Willingness to train on LLOP and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate LLOP / order picking equipment and stacks goods onto pallets.
• Perform quality checks and ensure accurate goods dispatch.
• Support in other areas/departments as needed and adapt to seasonal demands.
