Job summary

Atherstone based Warehouse Order Picker role with AM and Night shifts. The position relocates to Bardon, Coalville in 2027 and offers a temp-perm path with progression opportunities.

Training is provided for LLOP operation, with duties including pallet stacking, quality checks, and dispatch support. Weekend work is required on a rota, and permanent contracts follow probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse Operations or related roles.
• Own transport to Atherstone CV9 and Bardon, Coalville LE67 for 2027 transfer.
• Availability to work weekends on a rota.
• Training provided for LLOP and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate LLOP (training provided).
• Stack goods onto pallets and conduct quality checks.
• Deliver to Dispatch and assist in various departments as needed.
• Adapt to cold/ambient environments and potential heavy lifting.
• Permanence after probation and yearly pay increases.

Duration: Full Time - Temp-Perm

Warehouse Order Pickers in Atherstone CV9

AM shifts or Nights available

This role will be relocating to Bardon, Coalville LE67 in 2027.

You will join a busy working environment with a friendly and helpful team. The role is Temp-Perm with excellent pay rates and offer great benefits, progression opportunities when permanent.

Warehouse Order Picking Role AM Shift:

• 5am- Finish or 6am-Finish (Averaging around 7-8 hours per shift)
• Working 4 on / 2 off Rota

Warehouse Order Picking Role NIGHT Shift:

• 7.30pm- Finish (Averaging around 7-8 hours per shift)
• Set Rota working Weds/Thurs/Fri and 3/3 Sundays - will involve working some weekends
• £13.44 - Hours worked before 10pm
• £16.79 - Hours worked after 10pm
• £14.93 - After 12 week - Hours worked before 10pm
• £18.66 - After 12 weeks - Hours worked after 10pm

Job duties for a Warehouse Operative:

• Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) - Training Provided
• Stacking goods onto pallets
• Quality checking goods
• Delivering to Dispatch
• Training Provided
• The role can be physically demanding at times, so applicants should be prepared for heavy work
• Ideal candidates will be flexible to work in other areas/departments as and when needed
• Permanent contract after probationary period

Requirements:

• Must have own transport to Atherstone CV9 and Bardon, Coalville LE67 if happy to transfer in 2027
• Be available to work weekends on a Rota
• Site Tour and Interviews are to be arranged
• NB - The most immediate start will be in a Chill environment. Ambient will also become available at a later date
