Job summary

CTRG is seeking a Warehouse Operative at its East Kilbride facility in the United Kingdom. You will pick and pack stock across frozen, chilled, and ambient sections, using voice-picking and LLOP equipment. There are morning, afternoon and night shifts with competitive hourly rates and weekend premiums.

The role includes license training and potential permanent placement after 12 weeks. The position offers weekly pay, access to a Company Shop with discounts, and free training through the LLOP

Qualifications

• Must have LLOP license or be willing to complete training.
• Able to pick/pack stock across frozen, chilled, ambient ranges.
• Comfortable using voice-activated picking tech.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse using manual handling equipment (LLOP).
• Pick/pack meat and alcohol.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets.
• Distribute products to the correct warehouse locations.
• Work in a team to achieve targets and meet productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment (LLOP).
• Pick/pack meat and alcohol.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets.
• Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse.
• Work in a team to achieve key targets.
• Meet performance and productivity targets.
• Pick items using a voice-activated system.

Shift Details

Morning Shift: 6 am - 2 pm - £12.89 (Weekday) / £14.83 (Weekend)

Afternoon Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm - £14.32 (Weekday) / £16.19 (Weekend)

Night Shift: 10 pm - 6 am - £15.57 (Weekday) / £17.44 (Weekend)
