Job summary

JCDecaux North America is seeking a Warehouse Support role to keep our warehouse running smoothly and to identify smarter, more efficient ways of working. You’ll coordinate daily activities, work with systems and data, and develop skills in performance analysis, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation for a career in logistics or supply chain within a global company.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level education or relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and stock movements.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded in warehouse systems (e.g., SAP/WMS).
• Support resolution of operational issues to keep workflows efficient.
• Act as a key user of warehouse systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Produce reports and track KPIs such as stock accuracy and productivity.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and support improvements to warehouse processes and accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Purchasing, and Fleet.
