Job summary

JCDecaux UK is seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst to help keep our warehouse running smoothly and to identify smarter, more efficient ways of operating. You’ll coordinate daily activities, work with systems and data, and develop skills in performance analysis and cross-team collaboration.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager. You’ll partner with Operations, Purchasing and Fleet to implement improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level education or relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data, with strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and stock movements.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in warehouse systems (e.g. SAP/WMS).
• Support resolution of operational issues to keep workflows running efficiently.
• Act as a key user of warehouse systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Produce reports and track key performance metrics such as stock accuracy and productivity.
• Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and support improvements to warehouse processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Purchasing, and Fleet.
