Job summary

ATC Computer Transport & Logistics in Slough, UK, is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse and data centre logistics activities. You will own inbound to outbound processes, ensure stock accuracy, and support on-site installs when needed.

The role requires a hands-on leader with SAP and Excel skills, a focus on safety and process compliance, and the ability to manage shifts and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Training in logistics, warehouse operations, or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
• First leadership experience in logistics or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and KPIs.
• Hands-on mindset balancing operational work with leadership duties.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for internal teams and external service providers for warehouse and datacentre logistics.
• Coordinate administrative management and share information across teams.
• Plan and oversee inbound/outbound/ internal flows and on-site support.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities to optimize workflows.
• Train and onboard new employees, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Support and coordinate data centre tasks, deliveries, and equipment handoffs.

This Role

We are looking for aWarehouse & Operations Supervisorto support andleadour warehouse and data centre logistics activities. In this role, everyone understands the full picture-frominbound to outbound, from stock accuracy to supporting technical operations.

While yourmain focusis warehousing andlogistics, you will occasionally support deliveries to datacentresandassiston-site with basic installation or operational tasks.Flexibility,reliabilityand team spirit are key.

Role & Responsibilities

• Central Point of Contact
  Act as the main contact person for internal team members and external service providers and ensure smooth communication and collaboration across warehouse and datacentreoperations.
• Administrative Coordination
  Support the administrative management of operational information and documentation and collaborate across teams on organizational and operational topics.
• Process Control & Coordination
  Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, internal flows), coordinatelogisticsactivities related to datacentreoperations, including deliveries and on-site support,andensure processes are executed in line with defined procedures and priorities.
• Performance Monitoring
  Monitor team and operational performance using relevant KPIs (e.g., productivity, accuracy, service levels),identifyimprovement opportunities and implement solutions tooptimizeworkflows.
• Training & Team Development
  Take responsibility for the training, instruction andonboarding of new employees and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.Act as a role model by working hands-on whenrequired.
• Operational & Data Centre Support
  Ensurehigh standardsin warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, and system bookings, oversee documentation, reporting, and checklist completion, andsupport and coordinate datacentrelogisticstasks such as equipment deliveries, staging, and basic on-site activities in collaboration with technical teams.

Your profile:

• Completed training inlogistics, warehouse operations, or a comparable qualification, alternatively relevant professional experience

• First leadership experience (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead) inlogisticsor operational environments

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes andlogisticsKPIs

• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance operational work and leadership responsibilities

• Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)

• Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a proactive approach

• High awareness of safety, quality, and process compliance

• Willingness to work shifts ifrequired

• Openness to support datacentreoperations on-site when needed

• Drivinglicence(Class B)

• Good Englishrequired;additionallanguages are a plus
