Job summary

Dale Power Solutions Plc, based in Scarborough, is seeking an experienced warehouse coordinator to join our Scarborough office within the product division. You will support day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure efficient flow of materials.

The role involves safe unloading, stock handling, ERP transactions, packing and dispatch, stock takes, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. The ideal candidate has around three years in a similar role, forklift licence, and proficiency with ERP

Qualifications

Minimum three years in a warehouse role, preferably in an engineering-based environment.
Experience with safe storage procedures and manual handling, with strong safety focus.
Forklift licence (Counterbalance) and full driving licence required.
Experience using ERP systems for stock management and stock movements.

Responsibilities

Unloading, receiving and storing materials safely and locating stock correctly.
Kitting and issuing materials to Manufacturing and Service teams per work schedules.
Booking in and issuing stock using the company ERP system.
Packing and dispatching goods; liaising with couriers and following procedures.
Stocktaking and inventory checks; maintaining stock IDs, locations and quantities.
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse; reporting quality issues and following safety procedures.
