Job summary

TT Electronics Bedlington is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operative to support goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control and production kitting. You will ensure materials and products are received, stored, processed and shipped accurately.

The role requires experience in warehouse settings, familiarity with SAP or similar systems, and a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork. Competitive salary is offered with a supportive, safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, computer literate.
• NVQ in Stores Operation or Equivalent Experience.
• Lean Manufacturing / 5S Training would be beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in Warehouse/Distribution/Logistics (Freight Management).
• SAP R3 Business Systems Experience.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking inbound deliveries against documentation.
• Unloading and loading vehicles safely.
• Processing goods receipts, inventory movements and shipments in SAP.
• Picking, packing, labelling and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Quality checks to ensure accuracy of products.
• Support production through component allocation and kitting.
• Maintain stock records and warehouse locations in SAP.
• Issue materials and documentation for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with freight providers and internal teams for on-time deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with 5S and health & safety standards.
