Qualifikationen

• Experience as Operations Manager in Warehousing, 3PL preferred.
• Proven leadership of Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Strong problem-solving and change management.
• Excellent communication and H&S focus.

Aufgaben

• Manage all warehouse operations including goods-in, inventory control, returns-processing and dispatch.
• Produce and analyse warehouse reports, looking at variances and making corrective actions.
• Manage labour in terms of recruitment of temporary staff, ensuring that total labour costs meet budget and forecasts.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, offering both structured and feedback.
• Maintain strong adherence to Warehouse Management System (WMS) standards and procedures.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth cross functional collaboration.
• Keep the warehouse team well informed on company objectives, operational updates, and overall performance.
• Drive initiatives that focus on process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Step into higher management responsibilities when required, covering for absence or annual leave.
